Professor Jemal Abawajy Ph.D

Prof Jemal is a faculty member at Deakin University and has published more than 300 articles in refereed journals and conferences as well as a number of technical reports. He is on the editorial board of several international journals and edited several international journals and conference proceedings. He has also been a member of the organizing committee for over 60 international conferences and workshops serving in various capacities including best paper award chair, general co-chair, publication chair, vice-chair, and program committee.

He is actively involved in funded research in building secure, efficient, and reliable infrastructures for large-scale distributed systems. Towards this vision, he is working in several areas including: big data, social network, e-science and e-business technologies and applications, and performance analysis and evaluation.












Professor Tai-Hoon Kim, PhD

Tai-Hoon Kim received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea, and the Ph.D. degrees from the University of Bristol, U.K., and from the University of Tasmania, Australia. He is currently with the Department of Convergence Security, Sungshin Women’s University, South Korea. He has published 300 research papers in international journals and conferences. His main research interests include bloackchain systems, development processes, and operational environments. He is an Editor of the Elsevier, Springer, and many more journals. 






































Professor Ahmad Othman Ph.D

Prof Ahmad received his Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Communication) from Uiversiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 1977; Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic England in 1979; Master of Education specialising in Technical Education and Training System from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia in 1993; and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Nottingham England in 1999. 

His career started when he joined the National Industrial Training and Trade Certification Board (NITTCB) in 1979. The Board was then reorganized and became the National Vocational Training Council (NVTC) in 1989. During his tenure at the NVTC, he had served various divisions, i.e., Curriculum Development Division, Skill Testing and Certification Division and Planning, Research and Promotion Division. He was transferred to the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia in December 2000 and worked there as the Director of Skills Development Division until April 2002.
His academic career started when he joined the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (formerly known as Kolej Universiti Teknologi Tun Hussein Onn, KUiTTHO) in May 2002 under the Faculty of Technology Management. In September 2007 he moved to the Faculty of Manufacturing Engineering and Technology Management of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) until March 2012. In 2013, he joined the University College of Technology Sarawak (UCTS) under the School of Business and Management until March 2017. Currently, he serves Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech MARA Kuala Lumpur.  

He has published more than 80 articles and books either solely or jointly. He has lectured management subjects which include, among others, Management of Technology, Technology Assessment, Strategic Planning, Strategic Management, Leadership and Supervision, Project Management, Industrial Psychology, Principle of Management, as well as Supervisory Skills. He also involved in conducting short courses on Professional Development and Quality Assurance, Techniques of Data Analysis, Data Gathering and Instrumentation and Human Resource Management, Supervisory Skills, Leadership as well as Business Strategic Planning. His research interest are in the fileds of leadership and Supervision, Inter-organizational Relationship, Learning Organization, Skills Training and Development, Employee Development, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Strategic Management.















Professor Purwo Santoso Ph.D

Purwo Santoso is a professor of political science and chairmanof thePhDpolitical science program in the Department of Politics and Government at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, IndonesiaHis work in the academic world has a lot to discuss about Governance, Public Policy and Local Government issues.

Prof Purwo completed his Bachelor's education in the Department of Governmental Science, Gadjah Mada University, Masters in International Development at St. Marry University, Halifax, Canada, and a Ph.D Degree in Political Science at the London School of Economics and Politics (LSE) in 1999, and wrote PhD thesis on the theme of political environment.

His professor's inaugural speech was themed on the development of transformative social studies, and learning perspectives in higher education in Indonesia. One of his books is Public Policy Analysis (PolGov-JPPUGM, 2010). The last international journal article is "The Inevitable Hybrid Model: Post-Suharto Trajectory of State Transformation in Indonesia (with Joash Tapiheru)" published in Konrad Adenauer, Stiftung, assisted by the Regional Government Development Foundation.
